Great location with beautiful lake views. Fantastic facilities with comfortable beds and attentive service. The ski equipment room and drying area were very useful for winter trips. Breakfast offered various hot and cold options and was conveniently timed. The wall-mounted bottle opener was a fun addition. Tesla charging was a huge plus!
Communications were poor. Had trouble with double deductions.

Glad I took budget room, it was newly remodelled and functional. The location of the hotel is stunning and lovely, facing the sunrise. It's in a really nice building in the shopping area...
The bathrooms are a little cramped.

Friendly receptionist (although he strucj\k us as a"stand in" View Breakfast convenient but plain
Double storey not good for lugging cases upstairs Parking not close owing to set out of motel Minimal bathroon\m and small wash basin One towel for two people No face towels or washers Despite promise, no milk for tea/coffee in room Minimal facilities in room (jug only) and power point poorly located Despite promise, tea coffee dispenser in lounge room was not available after 8 pm This was just after ski season and we got the feeling that it was oly "just" operating (carpet cleaners were in in am- receptionist did apologise). Probably better to close for two weeks than create a bad impression

The friendly staff were willing to help at any time. The open lounge facilities with a great view, fireplace, activities for young and older kids, and free wi-fi. The room was comfortable and affordable, and the view was great too.
A kitchenette in the room would have added more quality to our stay.

30 minutes away from the Snow Resorts. Large Rec. Room with tea and coffee available. In the summer Rec Room closes 8pm ? The kids were on holidays and wanted to play Play Station etc, rather than lie around the bedroom. All TV stations available as well as a selection of in-house movies for kids or adults.
The room had no chairs in it. Realise there was no space as it was only 1 room with 2 double bunks and a double bed, no room to swing a cat. Your website dit not give enough information on the size of the rooms. Rooms OK for Snow Bunnies who only need a nights sleep before hitting the slopes again, but not for summer visitors who may want to hang around the room. On the other hand there was a large recreational room with a small area for x box chess etc for the kids. The summer months have no Bistro only breakfasts. Went downtown to get some takeaways but could only finds a Pizza Place. Pizzas were overprice $25 each for 2 large. No Dominoes or Pizza Huts, there was an opportunity to go to the Bowling Club for a sit-down dinner but the kids were settled in and it was cold out, it snowed the next day. But all in all was happy with the price for 5 people.

Steve in reception was extremely friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble, the view of the lake was wonderful and the fire place very welcoming.Breakfast arrangement were very good although not much of a selection.
The room lacked standered items which i would of expected to be there when we checked in,like hair shampoo and conditioner,no hand towel ,no hair dryer, and we had to use the same towels for 3 days which i thought was very poor
